    Description

    As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day running of our warehouse and back of house areas. This includes supporting the sales team with stock handling, managing deliveries and shipments, sourcing and delivering requested stock to store accurately and efficiently, reviewing stock levels, and maintaining high standards of organisation in the stock room.

    Your strong organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure that company standards are consistently met, resulting in an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for ensuring the shopfloor is consistently stocked, and our stock holding is accurate and reflective of our sales and clientele.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure deliveries and orders are received, checked against paperwork, and filed away as per business standards.
    • Pick stock accurately and efficiently against agreed KPIs.
    • Handle stock carefully and efficiently, following training and methods instructed by management.
    • Maintain high standards of customer service, coordinating and prioritising activity across shifts to meet deadlines.
    • Identify problems and take appropriate action to resolve them, updating managers as necessary.
    • Store products carefully and in the correct location at all times.
    • Maintain high standards of back of house operations, allowing for efficiency and accuracy.
    • Follow instructions given by management at all times.
    • Contribute to maintaining store standards by reviewing stock levels, understanding the business, and replenishing the store when necessary.
    • Support management with stock audits and ordering on a weekly basis.

    Sustainability Responsibility:

    • All duties and actions must contribute to short and long-term sustainability goals set forth by ELEMIS' Climate, Biodiversity & People Pillars.
    • Be mindful of Elemis' sustainability pledge when ordering testers and hygiene products.

    The Perfect Candidate:

    • Good level of UK/European education or equivalent.
    • Experience in a similar operational/store role and industry.
    • Experience with stock handling.
    • Proven audit record.
    • Strong organisational skills.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Practical work experience in stock operations.
    • Good level of computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Previous experience working with a professional brand.
