    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office | Payroll Administrator to join our finance team in our Dublin office.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Calculate daily and weekly hours worked for circa 500 temporary staff.
    2. Input timesheet data and cross-check for accuracy.
    3. Transfer data to our payroll system and ensure new starters are set up correctly on Micropay.
    4. Assist with processing the weekly payroll and perform ad-hoc duties as required.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 1-2 years prior experience in office administration.
    • Prioritise tasks, possess sound numerical skills, and have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude and excellent written & communication skills.
