    Job Description

    The Technical Engineering Lead – Tooling will play a key role in our efforts to deliver high-quality injection moulding solutions. This involves project managing, leading, and supporting third-party manufacturers to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.

    • Project manage tooling and moulding equipment activities at supplier(s) to achieve production start-up through scale up to increased volumes within required timelines.
    • Lead and facilitate design/specification, purchase/installation/qualification of mould tools, moulding machines, ancillary equipment, and service requirements for their installation.
    • Demonstrate strong accountability/responsibility for successful and timely completion of designated project deliverables.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    To be successful in this role, you will require:

    • Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering or a closely related discipline (or equivalent technical experience and demonstrated competence).
    • 8+ years of significant engineering and/or operational experience in plastic injection moulding technologies, mould tool designs, and process development in a third-party manufacturing environment.
    • Effective communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
    • Problem analysis, fault finding on injection mould tools and equipment.
    • Design of experiments for plastic injection moulding process development.
