Quantity Surveyor

Join our dynamic consultancy team to deliver expert cost management, project planning, and value engineering services across various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
Conduct thorough feasibility studies and risk assessments.
Manage project costs from inception to completion, ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost control.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Analyze and negotiate variations or claims in a fair and transparent manner.
Prepare final accounts and project reports, providing valuable insights for future improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Professional membership is advantageous, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the profession.
Proven experience in cost management and project consultancy, with a strong focus on delivering results.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
