    Commercial Property Legal Secretary Role

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to support our Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for law and administration to join our firm.

    Salary: €45,000 per annum

    The Role:

    • Electronic document management: saving and storing documents on our practice management system.
    • Document formatting: preparing legal documents in accordance with our firm's standards.
    • Administrative support: filing, invoicing, and general administrative tasks.
    • Registration of land registry or Registry of Deeds documents: using the Property Registration Authority website to prepare and arrange registration.
    • Title documentation: requisitioning on title, scheduling title documents, and preparing contract for sale.
    • Closing documentation: preparing family home and section 72 declarations, as well as bibles of security/title documents.
    • Data room management: utilizing HighQ to manage data rooms efficiently.
    • Reception cover and overflow secretarial work: providing occasional reception coverage and supporting other secretaries as needed.

    About You:

    • A minimum of three years of experience as a legal secretary, preferably in commercial property.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.

    • Strong IT and systems capabilities.
    • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
    • Strong people skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
    • Initiative and time management skills.
