    Social Care Worker/Senior Support Worker Role

    We are currently seeking dedicated Social Care Workers/Senior Support Workers to join our Orchard Community Care division near Listowel, Co Kerry, working on a full-time or part-time basis.

    About You

    We welcome applicants who share our commitment to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with medium to profound disabilities, including those with life-limiting conditions. Our multidisciplinary teams collaborate with psychologists, behavioural therapists, occupational therapists, and speech and language therapists to ensure comprehensive care.

    As a Social Care Worker/Senior Support Worker, you will work on a shift rota, engaging in daily activities and routines, and providing direct support to service users while contributing to their development, health, and wellbeing.

    Essential Requirements:

    1. A Level 7 qualification or above in a relevant field, such as Social Care, Social Science, Psychology, Education, or Youth & Community.
    2. A full manual driving license with eligibility to drive in Ireland.
    3. Eligibility and availability to work with us.

    Desirable:

    1. At least one year's recent experience in the social services sector or disability area.
