- Develop and implement a strategic procurement plan for BT's global facility management needs.
- Manage a substantial procurement budget, overseeing more than EUR 350 million in spending across various services including Core FM, Security, Catering, and Print Services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring alignment with BT's strategic objectives and values.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, focusing on cost-efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with the overall procurement strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on facility management and procurement practices.
- Lead initiatives for the "Better Workplaces" program, contributing to the development of sustainable and innovative work environments.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Proven track record in facilities management procurement and category leadership, preferably in a global setting.
- Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and influence across organizational boundaries.
