    The role:

    We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Manager to join our dynamic Finance team. You will report to the Head of Finance. As the European FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning and strategic decision making across our European business. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to provide actionable insights and support business growth initiatives. This will be a broad, highly visible position within the European business.

    The Responsibilities:

    • Develop a strong understanding of Trend Micro's business.
    • Lead the financial planning and forecasting process for the European region, including annual budgeting, half yearly planning, and quarterly re-forecasts as well as long – range planning.
    • Develop comprehensive financial models to support decision making and strategic initiatives.
    • Analyse financial performance, variances, and key business drivers to identify trends, risks and opportunities. Provide detailed commentary.
    • Prepare leadership and executive level presentations and reports to communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
    • Partner with other global finance teams and business leaders to drive financial discipline, efficiencies, and accountability.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes and reporting.
    • Lead and participate in ad hoc projects as required.
    • Build relationships with business stakeholders: Example Sales Operations, Sales leaders, etc.
    • Take an active role in the boarder finance team helping smooth implementation of and adherence to new finance requirements, systems and processes.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of financial analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    • Conduct resource planning, including workload distribution and allocation, to optimize team performance and productivity.
    • Conduct performance management processes and evaluation, including setting clear objectives and providing regular feedback.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development opportunities.
    • Act as a mentor and coach to team members, supporting their career growth and skill development.

    You Have:

    • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma and/or recognized accounting qualification
    • Proven experience (5 +years) in FP&A roles, preferably in the technology, cybersecurity, or software industry.
    • People Management experience
    • Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel, experience with financial planning software or platforms.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
