    Job Description

    We are seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join our fast-growing team.

    The successful candidate will work on cutting-edge projects alongside some of the brightest minds in the Salesforce industry.

    You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team dedicated to your professional growth and development.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Establish and maintain strong long-term relationships with client companies and key personnel.
    2. Gain a deep understanding of each client's business operations and specific needs.
    3. In collaboration with our team and client representatives, identify potential issues and propose effective solutions.
    4. Create account development plans and strategies tailored to each client's needs.
    5. Ensure overall client satisfaction and growth through close collaboration with our production teams.
    6. Resolve ongoing issues and problems efficiently.
    7. Conduct and coordinate sales and pre-sales activities, creating pitches and proposals to support account development plans and strategies.
    8. Oversee profitability and financial efficiency for assigned accounts.

    Requirements

    1. Fluent English skills, both written and verbal.
    2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities.
    3. Strong knowledge of the IT industry and its major processes.
    4. At least 2 years of experience in account management and/or customer success management.
    5. Previous experience with creating and implementing account development plans and strategies.
