    Job Title: HR Administrator

    We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled HR Administrator to join our team in Dublin West. This is a 6 month contract position working on-site.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process job advertisements, respond to applicants and manage interview files.
    • Carry out all necessary recruitment checks, including reference collection, Garda Vetting, and medical assessments.
    • Maintain the highest standards of accuracy throughout the recruitment and selection process.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a HR Department with a focus on recruitment.
    • CIPD accredited qualification at degree level (highly desirable).
    • Health Sector/Public Sector experience (highly desirable).
    • A proven track record of managing high volumes of recruitment activity.
    • Effective communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

    Estimated Salary:

    €45,000 - €55,000 per annum
