    Job Title: Client Services Administrator

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Services Administrator to provide excellent customer service and coordinate services through rostering, managing client caseloads, and recruiting responsibilities.

    This role will support office staff in all administrative functions and provide on-call support as necessary.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrate our core values of compassion, excellence, and reliability.
    • Complete monthly rosters and day-to-day rostering tasks.
    • Ensure agreed-upon fill rates are maintained by covering call-outs and accommodating schedule changes.
    • Document all pertinent situations and interactions with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and other relevant parties to ensure adequate coordination and continuity of service.
    • Become proficient in navigating our rostering/scheduling system.

    Recruiting Functions:

    • Learn and navigate our ATS and CRM systems.
    • Make recruitment calls, follow up on outstanding paperwork, and bring candidates through the recruitment pipeline.
    • Record recruitment updates in our ATS system.
    • Follow up with employment inquiries and check work references for prospective employees.
    • Assist in posting job ads and maintaining our ATS system.
    • Coordinate interviews for Nurses and other Clinical staff.

    Business Support:

    • Answer and triage phone calls to office staff.
    • Participate in office and company meetings, events, and functions, and take responsibility for taking meeting minutes as necessary.

    Training And Certifications:

    Complete 10-12 week on-the-job training by the Client Services Manager and Operations Manager.
