Senior Network Engineer (m/f/d)

What you can expect

• You will lead the design, implementation and maintenanceof complex network architectures using Cisco technologies
• You will be responsible for theconfiguration, optimization and troubleshooting of routers,switches and other network devices
• Youadvise and support the integration of network technologies in cloudand hybrid environments
• As a Senior NetworkEngineer, you will work closely with other departments tounderstand and implement network requirements.
• You will perform comprehensive network analysis andtesting to identify performance issues and security gaps
• You will also plan and carry out networkexpansions and upgrades, taking into account high availability andscalability.
• With your expert knowledge, youwill continuously develop our data center network with regard toautomation and ensure a fail-safe and efficient system landscape.

What sets you apart

• You have completed vocationaltraining or a degree in the field of computer science orinformation technology and have strong IT expertise.
• Ideally, you have several years of professionalexperience in network engineering and administration.
• You have an in-depth understanding of network protocolsand technologies such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs.
• Basic knowledge of Application CentricInfrastructure (ACI) from CISCO or comparable software-definednetworking products is an advantage.
• Optionally, you have a Cisco CCNA or CCNP (Cisco Certified NetworkAssociate/Professional) certification.
