    The EMEA IT Support Team focuses on resolving IT incidents and developing long-term solutions. We seek an IT Support Engineer to help us grow our IT environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ticket Management and Resolution
    • Technical Issue Investigation, Diagnosis, and Resolution within defined SLAs
    • Prioritization and Management of Multiple Competing Tasks
    • International Collaboration and Ownership of IT Projects
    • Development of Tools and Solutions for Operational Efficiency
    • Partnership with Internal and External Teams for Technical Evaluations
    • Championing Self-Service IT Resources
    • IT Asset Tracking and Inventory Management
    • Event Support and AV Equipment Setup
    • Creation and Maintenance of Technical Documentation
    • Autonomous and International Teamwork
    • Regular IT Assets Audits

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 5+ years of technical support experience
    • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for exceeding expectations
    • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight timeframes
    • Prioritization and management of multiple high-priority tasks
    • Adaptability in troubleshooting approaches
    • Proven track record in managing and delivering IT projects
    • Understanding of best practice methodologies such as ITIL

    Preferred Qualifications

    • College Degree in Computer Science, Systems Science, or Computer Engineering
    • Ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical users
    • Client-centric approach and excellent communication skills
    • Diagnostic and problem-solving techniques
    • Proven track record in managing and delivering IT projects
    • CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certifications preferred
