    About the Role
    We are hiring Care Support Workers to support people with physical, sensory, and neurological disabilities in Cork City and West Cork. This role allows you to book shifts directly from the Karo app, giving you full control over your work schedule.

    You will be part of a team that works to support individuals, promoting independence, dignity, and person-centred care. Your role will include providing personal care, supporting independent living, and assisting people to achieve their personal goals.

    Who We Are Looking For
    We are seeking energetic, motivated, and compassionate individuals with the following qualifications and attributes:

    • QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (all 8 modules) OR QQI Level 6 in Social Care OR Nursing Qualification.
    • Experience supporting people with disabilities is desirable.
    • Full Manual Driving Licence and willingness to drive for work purposes.
    • Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Commitment to a person-centred, rights-based approach to care.
