    Job Description & Summary

    A career within Process Assurance services, will enable you to assist clients in optimising control activities, organisational strategy, and policies and procedures. You'll conduct transaction testing, perform readiness assessments, and leverage various technical Information Technology controls (e.g. databases, operating systems, data warehouses, and reporting tools) in order to help our clients achieve optimal operational efficiency.

We advise and support our clients on their net zero and sustainability journeys.

    We work across our global teams forming multidisciplinary teams of sustainability experts to deliver the best solutions to our clients. By joining us, you will support and further enhance our delivery of trusted solutions to assist our clients with risk management and reporting.

    As a Senior Associate in this area, the role will include the following:

    • Critical thinking, analysis and problem solving to help shape the current strategy for our clients
    • Identify ESG gaps in the market and support opportunities to create value propositions
    • Strong team player with ability to deliver quality and timely work to bring projects in on time and in budget
    • Dedicate time to build PwC's profile publicly through supporting the business development activities of the team
    • Support Thought Leader abilities through research in relation to sustainability and non-financial reporting on ESG issues including:
    • Non-financial reporting, processes and controls
    • Current and emerging reporting frameworks which may include GRI, SASB, integrated reporting, TCFD and SDGs
    • Support client research and benchmarking to enable discussions with key people in this space
    • Develop areas of expertise through which will lead workstreams over time

    Essential Skills and Experience

    • The Senior Associate grade requires a minimum of 3+ years relevant experience
    • The successful candidates will be qualified in some aspect of climate change, sustainability or ESG (or equivalent)
    • Developing and overseeing the successful execution of project plans, budgets, deliverables, staffing, billing and collections; and,
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), the ability to deal with people across all levels of an organisation, a genuine interest in providing high quality service to clients, be commercially aware, show initiative, and be able to drive projects from commencement to completion
