- Support the Planning Manager in creating project schedules that cover the entire project scope, milestones, and timelines
- Regularly communicate with project teams to assess schedule progress, identify deviations, and suggest necessary actions
- Provide project teams with insights on schedule risks and opportunities backed by solid on-site data
- Present schedule updates to both internal and external stakeholders through clear and concise presentations
- Develop tools and communicate program methodology and key milestones effectively
- Keep track of trends across various projects
- Collaborate with the commercial team on contract delivery matters
- Assist senior management in determining resource levels and required program outputs
- Participate in the development and implementation of Planning Systems and Procedures under the guidance of the Planning Manager
- Hold a Third Level Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering Degree/Diploma
- 3+ years of experience in the mechanical & electrical field
- Ability to create logic-based programs from drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, or OPC is a plus
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and take on challenges in the water and wastewater industry
