Aeven Network Operations consists of 40+ resources in Denmark, Czech and Philippines, and our primary focus is to operate our customers security related services. And provide expert advisory on network security solutions all around the world.

We are operating existing and new solutions within Datacenter Network Core. Our customers are within the Transport, Energy, Life Science industry, Finance, Public sectors.

About our Team:

You will be joining our team in Søborg, which is a part of a global team, highly motivated and skilled colleagues placed in Czech and the Philippines. The team is part of Global operations, responsible for keeping stable operations with business-critical infrastructure customers and demands highest quality from their IT solutions. Our work processes are based on best practice and our procedures follow ITIL standards (IT Infrastructure Library).

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, clients, project managers, and stakeholders in customer assignments.
• Be a part of our 24x7 On Call Team.
• Daily operational tasks.
• Maintain critical infrastructure, implement changes, and troubleshoot incidents with proper documentation.
• Take part in normal operations maintenance such as patch, license renewal and audits responsibility, where our contributions are included in the delivery.
• Contribute to the implementation of various projects.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

• Educational background in computer science, engineering, or similar.
• CCNP level knowledge.
• Proficiency in Cisco Nexus, VMware virtualization, and SAN switching.
• 2-3 years hands-on experience with Cisco ACI technology.
• Experience with networking technologies and core Internet protocols.
• Familiarity with SDN portfolios, including Cisco ACI.
• Good hands-on experience with VXLAN/EVPN, user acceptance tests, and documentation validation.
• Knowledge of APIs and API Gateways.
• Experience in incident/change/problem handling in a larger enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of GxP or other Qualified solutions is a plus.
• Ability to understand complex infrastructure.
• Ownership of support cases with 3rd party vendors.
• Broad network knowledge and working experience with Datacenter Core networks.
• Hands-on experience with handling incidents, change, service requests, and cleanup activities.
• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Cisco ACI devices.
• Knowledge of ITIL Management framework.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English.

You should have a minimum of 7 years of work experience in Europe or to be a Danish citizen. Security clearances may be necessary to work with certain customers. Additionally, possessing Danish citizenship and the ability to obtain a PET Security clearance level DK HEM is a requirement for this role.
