L3 Desktop Support Engineer Contract | €350/day+ | Dublin - Hybrid Our global client is currently on the lookout for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join their team on a contractual basis at their site in Dublin


Key Responsibilities:
Lead Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade and InTune configuration and adoption.
Provide Level 3 incident support, collaborating with vendors on root cause analysis.
Work on software rollout opportunities using InTune/SCCM.
Identify and implement automation tools for operational efficiency

Must-Have Experience:
4+ years in Level 3 support, 7+ years supporting Microsoft Suite.
Hands-on skills in Group Policies, AD, SCCM, VMWare, and Azure Windows Desktop.
Windows 11 rollout experience and scripting proficiency (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
Strong networking knowledge, including VPN, Fortigate & WAFs.
