• Support the development of new food products from concept to launch, collaborating closely with the NPD team.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings.
• Assist in recipe formulation, ingredient sourcing, and product testing to ensure quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Contribute to the creation of product specifications, packaging designs, and labeling requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and production for smooth product development and commercialization.
• Participate in sensory evaluations, consumer trials, and feedback sessions to improve product attributes and enhance consumer appeal.

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
• Passion for food innovation and product development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
