    Business Development Manager

    Job Summary:

    This critical role combines strategic sales, client management, and consultative solutions to expand our client relationships and establish new business opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new client relationships within the financial services industry, positioning the firm as a trusted advisor.
    • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, emphasizing understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
    • Market Insight: Leverage industry knowledge to identify and pursue opportunities that align with market trends and client growth initiatives.
    • Strategic Solutions: Work collaboratively with recruitment teams to ensure alignment on client requirements, contributing to effective talent solutions.
    • Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed performance targets by consistently delivering on new client acquisition, relationship development, and strategic project execution.

    Requirements

    A high-caliber professional with a background in business development, sales or financial services is required. You are motivated, results-oriented, and thrive in client-facing roles where influencing and relationship-building are essential.

    • Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 2 years in business development, client-facing sales, or a relevant consulting role.
    • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build long-term client relationships.
    • Financial Services: An interest or background in the financial services sector.
    • Results-Driven Mindset: A results-driven mindset with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
    • Recruitment Experience: Recruitment or HR consulting experience is beneficial but not essential.

    Salary:

    $120,000 - $180,000 per year
