    Job summary

    Global Wellness Account Coordinator (Content/Clinical) is responsible for the constant improvement & smooth application of the client-specific global wellness program to local teams in all regions who are supporting sensitive social media content review and moderation.

    In order to provide best in class service, the coordinator collects, analyses, maintains and presents qualitative and quantitative data to internal and external stakeholders in global scale.

    Main responsibilities Support the Global Account Wellness Leader in the development, implementation, and coordination of a best-in-class Wellbeing & Resiliency framework.

    Provide continuous improvement to the program with new insights gathered from industry research on global Wellbeing & Resiliency practices.

    Work with and consolidate multiple data sources in varying formats (surveys, feedback forms, focus groups, hard numbers, qualitative and quantitative data, etc.).Drive conclusions and effective actions, and successfully present findings to internal and external stakeholders on a global scale.

    Cooperate with various teams within the account (Client Management, Operations, HR, Workforce Management) to support the deployment of large-scale Wellbeing & Resiliency initiatives to local teams while tailoring practices according to culturally sensitive standards.

    Additional tasks may be assigned at any time based on growing business requirements. The role might require international travelling up to 20% of total work time.


    Competencies & professional backgroundBackground:

    Masters' degree and global certifications in Psychology (clinical is preferred).At least 5 years of relevant hands-on working experience & strategic role in international program coordination in HR, Learning & Development, Wellbeing & Resiliency or in similar fields.

    High level of experience in Project Management and/or Agile way of working. Solid knowledge and experience in research and qualitative &quantitative data analysis in social sciences.

    Highly skilled in presenting data, creating and presenting PowerPoint presentations Soft Skills:
    People's person.

    Champion of counseling services and engagement activities at the workplace and therefore inspiring local and global partners on the crucial role of Wellbeing & Resiliency program.

    Independent working style and high commitment. Ability to lead a global project with various stakeholders.
    Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills.
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Being able to build strong and positive relationships in a complex international environment.
    Good analytical skills, process understanding.
    Good understanding of strategy building and awareness of the commercial environment and market trends.
    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
