    Group HR Director

    €120'000 – €135'000 + Benefits

    Dublin 2 (On site with flexibility)

    This well known, highly diverse and high performing organisation are recruiting for a Group HR Director to spearhead strategic initiatives and drive transformational change within their unionised environment.

    As the Head of Human Resources, you will be at the forefront of shaping organisational strategies and ensuring alignment with company strategy. Working closely with the leadership team and union representatives, you will navigate complex stakeholder relationships while implementing a new HRIS system and leading a team of HR professionals. This is a hands on role that requires an excellent track record of coaching, developing and leading my example.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with leadership and union representatives to align HR strategies with organisational objectives.
    • Lead the implementation of a new HRIS, optimizing HR processes and enhancing efficiency.
    • Drive organisational change through effective communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Make informed, decisive decisions to execute the people strategy in alignment with organisational goals and values.
    • Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to the HR team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
    • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR communications strategy to ensure transparency and alignment across the organisation.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven track record of no less than 10 years in senior HR leadership roles, within a unionised environment.
    • Expertise in strategic HR planning, organizational development, and change management.
    • Strong project management skills with experience in HRIS implementation.
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions amidst ambiguity.
