M Luxury Hospitality Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Fine Dining Restaurant Manager to join an exceptional culinary team in a luxury hotel in the Midlands area of Ireland.

As Restaurant Manager your main responsibilities will be:
To communicate effectively with all relevant parties and effectively lead your department in a structured and organised manner. To ensure that all team members have an extensive knowledge of all menu's, standards & service expectations.

Ensure Guest satisfaction monitoring is consistently carried out & deal with any Guest feedback in a responsive manner Conduct pre-service briefings with team members Liaise with Kitchen on all culinary matters.

Supervise work performance and systems of operation effectively within the department. Ensure that tasks are allocated & delegated in a fair manner to ensure operational effectiveness. Be 'on the floor' during service engaging with Guests & ensuring service is efficient.


Requirements:

2-3 Years of Fine Dining Restaurant Manager or high end food operation this position may suit a Candidate with a senior supervisor or assistant restaurant Manager position looking for the next challenge in their career Salary Guide of €40-45K negotiable.
