    Job Description:

    As the Office Coordinator, you will be the face of the company and the first line of contact with team members, building management, the Facilities team and vendors. This role requires "white glove" professional interaction with all our stakeholders. The ideal candidate is extremely reliable, friendly, welcoming by nature and willing to help others.

    This is a part time position of 20 hours per week. The office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and a half day on Thursday. Some work hours flexibility is required for this position to accommodate events, office visits and the needs of EMEA team members.

  • What you'll do:

  • Day-to-day office operations - Maintaining a consistent presence at the front desk, greeting guests and maintaining compliance with local and building regulations
  • Point of contact for all vendors and building management team
  • Point of contact for all EMEA team members, answering any questions or concerns with regards to the office.
  • Order and restock of all office goods; snacks, coffee, condiments, stationary, etc.
  • Outbound and inbound shipping for EMEA
  • Manage new hire swag and baby boxes, working closely with external supplier
  • Manage and run office events, primary lead and buyer for the Culture Club Committee
  • Support onsite meetings for US and remote team member visits, ordering catering when required
  • Maintain our Dublin office page on our intranet site, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate
