Our client , one the leading contractors in Ireland are looking to speak to talented M&E coordinators . This role entails coordinating day-to-day Mechanical and Electrical processes between the project site and the office. They are seeking a motivated individual who thrives under pressure and excels in a dynamic environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Foster key relationships with staff and colleagues to facilitate effective coordination. Manage all compliance and issues related to M&E processes, ensuring adherence to directives and regulations. Maintain accurate site plans, records, and log books.

Conduct regular inspections of M&E sites to identify maintenance, cleanliness, aesthetic, and health & safety issues, ensuring sites are maintained to high standards.

Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and staff, particularly developing key points of contact. Lead MEP services delivery on a large-scale project. Oversee the coordination and management of M&E services from project inception to installation.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS A degree, HND, or HNC qualification in a relevant field, coupled with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.

Profound understanding of mechanical engineering and electrical installations. Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
