    Job Summary

    The Health Care Assistant will provide caring and supportive care to our residents enabling them to fulfill their daily activities. The ideal candidate will establish and maintain relationships with residents based on respect and dignity.

    Job Description

    We are seeking a friendly, caring personality with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Health Care Assistant. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to support and uplift others, be reliable, empathetic, and committed to high-quality care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Implement Personalized Care Plans: Enhance residents' quality of life through tailored care plans.
    2. Foster Collaborative Team Environment: Promote teamwork and integrated care among staff members.
    3. Create Supportive Atmosphere: Tailor services to residents' preferences and needs, providing a comfortable and safe environment.
    4. Provide Personal Assistance: Offer help with personal care, comfort, hygiene, and safe practices.
    5. Engage Residents: Build meaningful relationships with residents through regular interaction.

    Desirable Qualifications:

    1. FETAC Level 5 Modules in Care of the Elderly: Preferred qualification for this role.
    2. Patient Moving and Manual Handling Training: Essential for ensuring resident safety and well-being.
    3. At Least 1 Year Experience as Healthcare Assistant: Preferred experience for this role.
