    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Business Partner. In this role, you will work closely with our HR Business Partners and business leaders to drive business results and consult with subject matter experts in HR to ensure that our policies, programs, and plans best serve the needs of the business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support and implement key annual HR processes, such as talent management, annual compensation review, workforce planning, and HR-related operations.
    • Lead HR projects with medium complexity in areas identified as critical to business success.
    • Consolidate and analyze HR information and influence leadership.
    • Support priority HR projects and/or initiatives for the business.
    • Partner with HRBPs and/or business leaders to lead cross-functional projects in support of the change agenda.
    • Analyze HR data and provide meaningful insights to the HRBP team and/or relevant functions.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in HR, Legal, or Business.
    • Minimum of 5 years HR experience, including experience working with and influencing leadership in large, complex multinational organizations.
    • Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including talent management, performance management, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and coaching.
    • Outstanding skills in stakeholder management and proven ability in building and managing relationships.
    • Experience in leading projects of medium complexity.

    • Influence: Ability to influence and steer people at all levels, without authority, convince partners at varying levels to accept/appreciate/need HR insights.
    • Excellent written and oral communication.
    • Experience executing annual processes such as performance management, coaching, annual compensation review, and communication.
