- Supporting the client in overseeing stakeholder management and communications throughout the lifecycle of the programme / project.
- Undertake a review of current stakeholder management strategy (including processes, procedures, controls, systems and reporting) and communications strategy to ensure they are fit for purpose.
- Update and development of the stakeholder management strategy to ensure efficient and coordinated management of stakeholders.
- Update and development of the communications strategy designed to ensure efficient, coordinated and transparent communications.
- Assist in developing the stakeholder management and communications requirements for the contractor(s) during the procurement process, and support in the evaluation of the submissions received.
- Report to programme / project team and senior governance levels on progress against the stakeholder management strategy.
