    Administrative Assistant
    • Permanent / Dublin 2 CILT Ireland are seeking an experienced administrator to become part of the CILT team.
    Full time permanent position subject to satisfactory completion of 6-month probationary period. CILT has a Hybrid working policy.


    Key Responsibilities:

    General office administrative duties Administrative duties related to various contracts Administration of exams, training courses and training centres, hotels/ course centres /facilities booking, etc.

    Communicating with clients and course providers Other administrative duties as required.


    Skills Required:

    Strong administration skills Good working proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Ability to work in a fast-paced environment/flexibility.

    Self driven and well organised Ability to be part of a team but also work on your own initiative. Have an attention to detail and be thorough.

    Punctual with a good attendance record Experience required:

    Have knowledge of Word/Excel/Power Point Candidates should ideally have a minimum of six months experience in an office environment.

    The ideal candidate will have an administrational background and be willing to learn.


    Pay level:
    depending on experience.
