    Job Description
    • Localize text by applying the Wix voice in Japanese and write clear, creative copy
    • Streamline localization workflows and processes for efficiency, and skillfully manage collaboration with freelance linguists to ensure high-quality text
    • Ensure the quality of the content across all products while making sure that the user experience is excellent by reviewing the text and QAing in tests environments
    • Write and update guidelines and glossaries for your language, including researching terms
    • Sync with other writers for your market to ensure consistency
    • Juggle multiple projects at once, while prioritizing your and your team tasks and meeting tight deadlines
    • Work on market specific projects, address localization challenges proactively, finding creative solutions to linguistic and cultural obstacles
    Qualifications
    • A fluent Japanese speaker with professional writing experience (knowledge about UX writing is an advantage)
    • Passionate about writing and have the flexibility to handle multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • A team player with a positive attitude and strong leadership skills

    Wix's Product Localization Team. We use clear, eye-level copy to shape the way people experience and interact with our products. Guided by the Wix tone and voice, we craft compelling copy that gets the right message across every time. We collaborate closely with localization managers, English UX writers, product managers, and other stakeholders across the company to create amazing products. Along with localizing text, we make sure that Wix's products are adjusted to specific locales and markets, providing our users worldwide with an authentic, local experience.

    This role will require working in a hybrid model (at least 2 days from the office).

    This role requires you to have legal authorization to work full-time in Ireland.
