Our client is a leading wholesale provider of insurance solutions customized for the Broker market in Ireland. They are currently seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join their Existing Business team in Dublin.

You will be responsible for handling requests and enquiries from brokers, while prioritizing the establishment and nurturing of strong professional relationships.

This requires consistently building trust, anticipating needs, sharing information, and meeting commitments.

You will collaborate closely with the Team Leader and Operations Manager, within a team environment to ensure all Broker needs are met effectively.

You'll be responsible for achieving targets related to cross-selling, upselling, and retention rates for existing clients. To be considered, you will possess 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry along with an APA qualification. Strong communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with insurers and clients are essential.

In return, you will receive a salary up to €45K, depending on experience, along with additional benefits such as PHI, pension contribution, and the flexibility to work from home for up to 2 days per week.
