    Société Générale Securities Services (SGSS) is a leading provider of securities services, operating in 27 locations worldwide with over 4,000 employees. We offer a comprehensive range of services including clearing, custody, and trustee services, as well as liquidity management, fund administration, and asset servicing.

    The Compliance department is an independent Service Unit responsible for overseeing two entities in Dublin: SGSS Ireland and SG Dublin Branch. The VIE will work closely with the management of these entities and central Compliance teams in Paris to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

    As a Compliance Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring Compliance matters related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions & Embargoes, Suspicious Transactions, and Know Your Customer (KYC). You will have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the day-to-day requirements within the Compliance area and collaborate with business teams and central departments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Level 2 analysis of transactions, AML & Sanctions/Embargoes issues, using information provided by various tools and departments
    • Requests For Information formalization to the business teams and follow-up
    • Analysis Memos' formalization
    • Quality Check and Validation of some KYC files (on investors) – mainly risky & complex files
    • Reporting formalization to local MLRO, in order to inform local management, Business Compliance Officer and Financial Crime department in France
    • Coordination with Level 1 team in India, and with Financial Crime department in France
    • Preparation of Suspicious Activity Reports
    • Analysis of the existing and new local laws and regulations (e.g. Criminal Justice Act, Sanctions & Embargoes, etc.) with support of team members or Group experts and formalize the analysis to advise line management of relevant implications
    • Reviews of Compliance Procedures
    • Participation in the Compliance Risk Assessment (COMPASS) in coordination with the team
    • Participation in Monthly Compliance controls (GPS & RCI) for SGSS entities in Ireland (second line of defense) in coordination with the team
    • Participation in Compliance reporting to local Senior Management and central departments
    • Participation in the Compliance Quality Assurance Testing program.
    • Staff trainings on compliance subjects.

    Requirements:

    • Graduate with a Master's degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Financial/Compliance
    • A previous experience in Compliance risks such as AML and KYC would be appreciated

    Languages:

    • Fluent in English (B2-C1)
    • Knowledge of French language an advantage
