    At Kids Inc we offer a professional Out of School Hours Service to primary school children. We require Afterschool Manager for our Rathcoole Center.

    Afterschool Supervisors:

    Manage staff, and responsible for delegating duties Daily management of the centre, including, admin and report completion Planning and develop indoor and outdoor activities in response to the childrens interests and the centre's scheduled activities Supervising and supporting the Afterschool Children to complete homework in a timely manner Coordinating weekly Team meetings to ensure effective communication and planning of sports coaching and activities Observing, monitoring and recording where necessary the wellbeing of the children.

    Maintaining accurate attendance records on the children, in addition to other regulatory records. Maintaining close, effective, working partnerships with parents to ensure the wellbeing of their children. Meeting and greeting parents in a positive and friendly manner each day. Inform parents on any events they can contribute or participate in.

    To be a successful candidate for this role:

    Minimum 2 years experience in working with children 4yrs-12yrs 1 year supervisory experience is essential (in a childcare setting is desirable) High level of conversational Irish is required for the Gael Scoil location Fetac L5 in childcare isessential Arts & Crafts experience Sports qualification is desirablebut not essential Dynamic and flexible approach to tasks essential excellent communication skills Applicants must be available Monday Friday, 1pm 6.

    30pm C1 level of English Qualification
