    **Construction Project Manager**

    We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our projects in Limerick and the West. As a key member of our team, you will oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Develop and update construction programmes with the Contracts Manager, ensuring alignment with key milestones.
    • Lead technical aspects, coaching, and mentoring the project team.
    • Determine staff resources and communicate effectively with your team.
    • Establish a robust Safety System and promote an excellent safety culture on your project.
    • Ensure project quality meets expectations over its lifecycle.
    • Manage project costs, controlling prelims and packages tightly.
    • Collaborate with the commercial team to achieve agreed commercial objectives.
    • Maintain positive relationships with clients, keeping them informed of claims and delays.

    Requirements:

    • Third-level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience managing complex construction projects on commercial sites worth €5m-€30m+.
    • Proven ability to plan and deliver complex projects.
    • Strong technical skills, excellent numeracy, and report writing abilities.
    • Able to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with commercial realities and proposing cost-effective solutions.
    • Proficient in MS Office and scheduling packages like Project.
