Permanentposition, full-time - Cologne Your tasks

The device management team looks after over120,000 end devices (Windows, macOS, Android and iOS) at variouslocations, both remotely and on site. It is responsible for themaintenance, care and further development of the clientenvironment. Specifically, you will mainly deal with macOS-baseddevices.

• The(further) development of guidelines, in particular with regard tocurrent security recommendations and standards
• The further development of our macOS client strategy
• 2nd level support (by phone, remote andon-site) and collaboration in the ticket system
• Simplifying administrative tasks with the help ofscripts
• Participation in the planning,control and support of IT projects and plans (e.g. macOS majorupdates, QA measures, further development of the infrastructure)
• The creation of concepts and installationinstructions

Yourprofile

• You have successfullycompleted an apprenticeship as an IT specialist (or comparable) oran IT degree and have already gained several years of professionalexperience
• You have extensive administrationknowledge of macOS-based devices in a business environment
• You have already worked with MDM solutionsin the macOS environment (preferably Microsoft Endpoint Manager,Jamf School or Jamf Pro)
• You work just aswell independently as in a team
• A goodtechnical understanding, a pronounced service and solutionorientation as well as a
  structured and careful way ofworking characterize you
• Ideally, you have aclass B driving license
• Fluent written andspoken German is a prerequisite - English is an advantage

Your experience

Desirable (sound knowledge) in the following areas:

• You are familiar withvarious MDM and EMM solutions (e.g. Microsoft Endpoint Manager,Jamf Pro, Jamf School)
• You have gainedexperience in IT projects
• Creation ofconcepts and installation instructions
