    YOUR NEW GRADUATE PRORAMME ROLE My client, one of Munster's top food companies are pleased to announce the commencement of their graduate programme where you'll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development opportunities across various areas in the business.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Once you start on the graduate programme your remit will include:

    Engage in a series of rotational assignments across different departments or functions within the business, allowing you to gain exposure to various aspects of the business.

    Take part in comprehensive training sessions, workshops, and seminars designed to enhance your technical skills, industry knowledge, and professional competencies.

    Work on meaningful projects that make a real impact on the business This will allow you to apply your academic knowledge in practical settings, while gaining direct access to senior leaders and managers across the business.

    Work alongside experienced professionals and mentors who will provide guidance and support throughout the process.

    Build relationships with colleagues, mentors, and industry peers through networking events, social activities, and collaborative projects, fostering connections that can enhance your career growth and development.

    Receive regular feedback to track your progress, identify areas for improvement, and recognise your achievements as you progress through the programme.

    WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU You'll be a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Agri, Food, Food Science, Retail and Business and passionate about your career with a real desire to contribute and develop.
