    Description

    Quality Systems Specialist, Engineering

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for quality oversight and guidance on capital projects within the engineering department. This role requires a deep understanding of quality systems and GMP compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Quality oversight of and guidance on capital projects
    • Maintenance of all aspects of GMP compliance
    • Establishment, maintenance and management of control systems for quality systems/programs
    • Interpretation and application of emerging regulatory guidelines to quality systems/programs
    • Benchmarking of current and emerging initiatives in quality systems/programs
    • Review and approval of change controls and failure investigations
    • Reporting and escalation of critical quality issues
    • Review and approval of GMP documents and qualification/validation

    Requirements:

    • Degree qualified in Science/Engineering discipline
    • Minimum 3 years experience in similar role

    Skill Requirements:

    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Strong understanding of quality systems and GMP regulations
    • Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines
    • Experience with benchmarking and process improvement initiatives

    Working Arrangements:

    This is a 12-month contract position with hybrid working arrangements available.
