    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Provide personal care, assist with toileting, meal preparation, and light housework
    2. Adhere to each client's personalized Care Plan
    3. Foster social interactions and activities, offering companionship
    4. Communicate any changes or concerns regarding client needs/care to the office
    5. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations

    Requirements:

    • Hold a minimum of two QQI certifications: Care Skills and Care of the Older Person
    • A minimum of one year's experience working in a healthcare setting
    • A valid driver's license and access to transportation
    • Demonstrate reliability, dedication, diligence, and trustworthiness
    • Have a good understanding of GDPR, especially its significance in working with the elderly
    • Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing
    • Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland
    • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
    • Prior experience caring for an older person in their home is ideal
    • Must be passionate about improving the lives of others
