    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of a Home Care Assistant. This is a full-time position that requires working on-site with clients who require additional support with household tasks, personal care, or other activities to maintain their independence and quality of life.

    The role involves providing essential care and support to clients, including those with learning disabilities, mental health problems, sensory impairment, or physical disabilities. As a Home Care Worker, you will be an integral part of your client's daily routine, relying on your expertise and empathy to ensure their well-being.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Care Provision: Ensure clients receive their medication on time, assist with personal care, such as washing, dressing, hair, nail, mouth, and skin care, eating, and drinking.
    2. Companionship: Escort clients to activities or medical appointments, providing emotional support and companionship.
    3. Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties, maintaining a safe and clean environment for clients.

    Qualifications:

    1. Care Experience: Previous experience in care is highly desirable.
    2. Linguistic Skills: Conversational level of English is required.
    3. Certification: Certification in healthcare is a plus, but not mandatory.
    4. Empathy and Compassion: Ability to work with empathy and compassion, understanding the needs of clients.
    5. EU Passport or ID Card: EU Passport or ID card is mandatory; the vacancy does not sponsor a VISA.
    6. Driver's License: Driver's license is mandatory for this role.

    Benefits:
