    Contracts Manager Position in Shannon, Ireland - Retail Fitout/Shopfitting

    We are a leading provider of fitout services to the commercial and retail sectors. We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in delivering projects.

    About the Role:

    • Retail/Commercial Fitout background is essential
    • Spanish speaking is desirable but not required
    • 10+ years of relevant post-qualification experience or equivalent is necessary
    • Candidates should be able to work independently and have authority over multiple projects simultaneously

    Responsibilities:

    1. Oversee multiple projects at a strategic level
    2. Lead our construction team to deliver high-quality projects efficiently, safely, and professionally
    3. Responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, ensuring all projects are completed within set budgets and agreed timescales
    4. Maintain safety standards and procedures on all job sites, promoting a culture of safety and compliance
    5. Monitor progress on construction sites, resolving issues as they arise and making adjustments for smooth and efficient operations
    6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors throughout the project
