    Production Technician Team Lead Manufacturer of chemicals and reagents Multi-million turnover Career progression on offer


    THE COMPANY:

    As a market-leading manufacturer of reagents used for calibration, our client is on a large recruitment drive as they are rapidly expanding their Irish and international operations.

    They require multiple Production Technician Team Leaders, based out on their busy manufacturing site in Clare. They offer genuine career progression and excellent training for their team.


    THE ROLE:

    You will be based in their manufacturing facility and work on the manufacturing floor, in a hands-on role developing reagents used for a variety of calibration processes.

    These reagents are used in laboratories across the world and it is a strict manufacturing process to ensure they meet the required standards.

    This role requires knowledge of chemical processes, so you must come from a scientific background with knowledge of organic and inorganic chemistry.

    You will also manage a team of - 2 production technicians, so this is a great opportunity to step up into a more senior role with management responsibility with an international manufacturer.

    This is a Monday-to
    • Friday daytime hours role.
    This is 100% based on-site - there is no hybrid or WFH option.


    TERRITORY:
    Clare - or commutable ie: Limerick, Tipperary, Galway


    THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:
    A scientific degree is essential - ideally in a chemistry-related discipline Experience as a production technician or similar in a manufacturing facility is essential Living on patch - Clare, Limerick, Galway, Tipperary

    THE PACKAGE FOR A PRODUCT TECHNICIAN:

    Basic salary:
    €30,000 - €37,000 DOE Benefits: Subsidised healthcare, pension, 21 days holiday + stats Skills: production science chemicals
