    About the Role

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Diversity Recruiting Partner to join our Diversity Talent Acquisition team. This position will report into the Director of Diversity Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing diversity recruiting strategies for functional teams within Workday. Success will hinge on your ability to analyze data, identify trends and insights, and use them to create effective solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Leaders, Diversity Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to build and implement diversity recruiting strategies & plans aimed at achieving hiring goals & outcomes.
  • Taking proactive measures or actions targeting fairness and equality in the hiring process with the goal of improving the overall inclusivity of our hiring outcomes.
  • Implement strategies & tactics that create a more inclusive and equitable hiring process that leads to positive changes and outcomes for all candidates involved.
  • Work together with Talent Acquisition Leaders, hiring managers, and diversity stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and create focused recruitment strategies.
  • Analyze funnel data to identify Diversity & Inclusion-specific intervention strategies and develop VIBE training/enablement programs to address them.
  • Own the development and delivery of Diversity Talent Acquisition (TA) offerings to stakeholders, establishing expertise addressing nuanced questions related to our overall strategy and initiatives.
  • Ensure accountability by tracking diversity hiring metrics, measuring progress, identifying gaps, and implementing improvement strategies.
  • Implement inclusive hiring practices, including bias mitigation techniques, diverse interview panels, and inclusive job descriptions.
  • Provide training and support to hiring teams on diversity recruiting best practices, unconscious bias awareness, and cultural competency.
  • About You

    Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience working in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I) or other related functions.
  • 5+ years of People and Project / Program Management experience in a large / thriving organization.
  • 1-2 years experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and using insights to build targeted initiatives and programs.
  • Understanding of DE&I Principles and experience in implementing recruiting and hiring strategies to attract talent from a diverse group of backgrounds.
  • Other Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in managing external partnerships with uniquely skilled talent from non-traditional backgrounds, enhancing talent pipelines for optimal role alignment and improved hiring outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Expertise in DEI best practices, including EEO/AA compliance and legal considerations
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful diversity recruiting initiatives
  • Proven track record developing and implementing programs that touch upon a wide variety of organizational functions, teams, and partners.
  • Ability to develop and communicate an overall strategic vision as well as the ability to put the plan into operation.
  • Develop training content and to improve equitable hiring practices.
  • Experience addressing senior level management to influence organizational change.
  • Experience delivering pivotal initiatives across a global organization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.
