    Energy and Sustainability Management Pioneer Seeks Product Designer to Enhance Customer Experience

    About You:

    • You will be responsible for designing high-quality user interfaces that meet business needs while enhancing customer experience.
    • You should have experience in leading research initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
    • Effective communication and storytelling skills are essential to convey design decisions and align them with our company vision.
    • Resourcefulness and adaptability are key qualities as you navigate ambiguous situations and track down answers independently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Concept and deliver innovative design solutions that meet product team goals and align with our company vision.
    • Analyze customer usage patterns and other metrics to inform design decisions and improve the user experience.
    • Initiate various types of research and translate feedback into actionable insights.
    • Create design deliverables at appropriate fidelity and present them to stakeholders, customers, and engineers.
    • Work within a design system that emphasizes reusable patterns and components.

    Preferred Experience & Skills:

    • A degree in design, computer science, information systems, engineering, or another technology-related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 5+ years of experience in user interface design or product design – preferred.
    • Proficiency in designing user interfaces using tools such as Sketch and Figma – preferred.
