Together with your fellow colleagues, you will be responsible for buying the right products and services, at the right time, in the right quantity and quality in order to not disrupt our production while minimizing our value on stock. You will get to know a lot of colleagues and create a strong network both inside and outside the company. Finally, we are in the process of redesigning our procurement processes and we expect you to be an active part of this continuous amelioration project.
As a Procurement Specialist, you will be an integral part of our dynamic procurement team within the Supply Chain department. Our team handles the procurement of a diverse range of items, from GMP-regulated goods crucial to our final product to everyday office supplies like pens and papers. We foster a collaborative environment where every team member is considered equal in terms of responsibilities, acknowledging and leveraging individual strengths. We are service-minded, detail-oriented while also able to enjoy a good laugh, several times a day We are facing exciting challenges like redesigning and/or improving internal processes, facilitating the migration to an updated ERP, aiming for more sustainability among many others. The Procurement team is composed of four dedicated individuals, including three purchasers and one assistant. Our team plays a pivotal role in the larger context of our organization's Supply Chain department. We operate under the leadership of the Supply Chain Manager, who oversees not only procurement but also manages responsibilities related to planning, warehouse operations, serialization, and other support roles.
