Corporate Finance Senior Associate Opportunity Overview My client is seeking a Corporate Finance professional to join their team in Dublin.

The ideal candidate will enhance their skills and expertise in both the execution and origination of advisory engagements, benefiting from the recent expansion of the clients advisory services to include M&A.
This complements their established reputation in corporate debt and derivatives advisory.Responsibilities Involvement in a wide of activities, from broad corporate finance advice to specific guidance on derivatives, valuations, financing structures, and acquisitions/disposals.
Providing sound advice supported by financial modelling, documentation, and project management. Managing, supporting, and training junior team members. Developing relationships with investors and lenders on behalf of clients. Developing client-facing interactions.Key Skill Requirements Minimum 4 years experience in a corporate finance or lending role, preferably with experience in transaction management, client engagement, and advising or lending in sectors like Infrastructure, Energy, Housing, Education, Healthcare, or Public/Government.
Proven ability in executing debt and/or derivative advisory mandates. Skilled in training, developing, and supporting junior team members to consistently deliver high-quality outputs. Proficient in building and performing in-depth analysis of financial models to reflect deal specifics accurately. Strong analytical and communication skills, capable of distilling complex information into practical and understandable advice. Adaptability with the capability to learn new assets, sectors, and products, and manage multiple transactions of varying complexity.Skills:
