    Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Process Analyst to work with my banking client to support them through a large scale finance transformation project and new system implementation.

    Skills required

    • At least 5-7 years commercial experience in a business process analyst position
    • A proven track record in supporting large scale finance process change. Mapping out the new processes, moving from manual processes to online and automation
    • A strong business and financial acumen. Previous experience working as a Business SME in the banking sector with a strong knowledge of finance systems and processes
    • Previous exposure to finance system implementations, ideally SAP 4/Hana. Knowledgeable on Product Sub Ledger, General Ledger, consolidation functionality, business warehouse and reporting
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement experience
    • Experienced in professional services and financial services
    • Ability to work as a change enabler, ensuring the finance team get the full benefit of the new technology

    Role

    • Facilitating workshops with technical and business SME's to design best practice, efficient, controlled processes that meet business needs, liaising with appropriate finance, regulatory and other relevant stakeholders for support and input as required
    • Actively identifying and solutioning process design challenges, designing new ways of working as required
    • Support End to End process testing, incorporating any required updates and secure/provide business signoff
    • As part of go-live readiness, support Change Management team to perform business impact assessments, as well as documenting training procedures derived from process design documentation
    • Designing and embedding the new ways of working for Finance as an output of both the operating model and new strategic solutions.
    • Establish strong collaborative relationships across the Programme and the wider Finance and Group
