    HR Administrator

    Cpl Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to fill the role of HR Administrator for a 2-year Fixed-Term Contract with a Media Organization. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage HR processes, including recruitment, resource allocation, absence management, compensation, and benefits administration.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries from employees.
    • E nsure high-quality output for contracts, payroll notes, remuneration changes, system updates to guarantee compliance and best practice.
    • Function as an expert on HR Operations for specific processes.
    • Participate in HR projects as required.

    Requirements:

    • At least 1+ years of experience in an HR Administration role.
    • A strong understanding of HR systems, coupled with advanced PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (MS Excel and MS Word).

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The salary for this role is £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
