    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead global negotiations and selection processes for designated categories.
    • Support the development of global strategies in conjunction with key stakeholders.
    • Implement global strategies agreed upon with Regional and Global Functions and Regional Procurement.
    • Evaluate vendor quotations and adopt negotiation techniques to ensure quality, price, delivery, and service.
    • Identify innovation opportunities in this space.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Purchasing experience with a proven track record of accomplishments and continuous improvements.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication, relationship management, and influencing skills.
    • Self-motivation, career drive, enthusiasm, and commitment.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Focused results-oriented individual who can challenge the status quo.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
