    Die QualityMinds GmbH ist ein mittelständisches, agiles Unternehmen mit Schwerpunkt auf Qualitätssicherung und Softwaretest, in dem kontinuierliches Lernen, Selbstorganisation und Eigenverantwortung gelebt werden.

    Wir erweitern unser interdisziplinäres Testing Team und suchen deshalb dich als erfahrene:n Senior Test Manager:in (m/w/d). Wenn dein Herz für Softwartesting und Qualität in der Softwareentwicklung schlägt und du Spaß an der Projektarbeit mit Kund:innen hast, sollten wir uns definitiv kennenlernen.

    Deine Aufgaben

    • du übernimmst die Testplanung, Testdurchführung und Teststeuerung in Kundenprojekten, inkl. aller relevanten Dokumente wie Teststrategie oder Testkonzepte
    • du bist hands-on für die proaktive Gestaltung des Defectmanagement und die Mitwirkung am Change- und Releasemanagement verantwortlich
    • du bist für die Beratung unserer Kund:innen vor Ort oder remote zu allen testrelevanten Themen wie Testkonzept oder Teststrategie zuständig
    • du arbeitest dich in verschiedenste Branchen und Kontexte selbständig ein
    • du koordinierst und kommunizierst mit den relevanten Stakeholdern
    • du koordinierst und leitest funktionale und nicht-funktionale Testaktivitäten
    • du führst Kundenworkshops und Coachings durch
    • du entwickelst unsere Testing Teams durch Wissenstransfer fachlich weiter

    Dein Profil

    • du bringst eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in, ein Informatikstudium (Hochschule, Universität) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit
    • du verfügst über mehrjährige gelebte Berufserfahrung in agilen und klassischen Testprojekten und eine adäquate Zertifizierung (ISTQB Foundation Level oder höher)
    • du hast fundierte, praktische Erfahrung im Testmanagement
    • du hast gute Kenntnisse in gängigen Testmanagement-Tools und Technologien
    • du hast Freude an proaktivem Teamwork in agilen Teams und eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten
    • du bist kommunikativ, open-minded und hast Spaß an der Selbstorganisation
    • du bringst Empathie, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft mit
    • du verfügst über exzellente Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
    • du hast Spaß daran an Konferenzen teilzunehmen
