Job summary
As Senior Commercial Counsel you will lead complex high value commercial technology transactions structure draft and negotiate enterprise agreements with strategic customers provide clear commercially focused legal advice that balances risk and business objectives act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Sales Finance Product and other cross functional teams support innovative products and strategic deals while navigating regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing drafting advising on negotiating complex customer facing technology contracts with enterprise customers
- Drafting negotiating enterprise commercial SaaS agreements including MSAs SaaS subscription agreements DPAs BAAs partner channel agreements professional services agreements SOWs SLAs vendor agreement related documentation leading cross functional projects in support of Commercial Legal Team objectives working cross functionally to draft terms for new products services assisting creation contract templates playbooks guides policies partnering internal stakeholders providing general commercial legal services commercially driven legal advice advising business teams regulatory considerations including data privacy security AI matters.
